Exchanges
At Waloo, we do our utmost to ensure that you order the correct size the first time. Exchanges are not sustainable, so we are happy to help you choose the right size in advance. Please read the descriptions and our measurement guide carefully so that you purchase the correct size right away.

Please note:
- Exchanges are only possible for non-personalized items.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Returns
For products that are not personalized and not custom-made, there is a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt.
How do returns work?
- Register your return within 14 days via the contact form. State your name, order number, and reason for return.
- After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- After receipt in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment. This will happen within 14 days of dissolution.
Conditions during the cooling-off period
- You may unpack and try on the product to assess it.
- You may not use the product.
- Handle the product and its packaging with care. In case of damage or signs of use, a reduction in value may be charged.

Shipping
We ship orders within 5-10 business days. Because our products are handmade, delivery time may vary per order.
Maximum delivery time
The statutory maximum delivery time is 30 days. If this period is unexpectedly exceeded, you will be notified and have the right to cancel the order free of charge. We will then refund the purchase amount within 30 days.
Shipping partner
All orders are shipped with PostNL.
If delivery fails, the courier will leave a message and a new attempt or contact will follow.
Damage or missing parts
Report damage, defects, or missing parts within 2 business days of receipt via email or the chat function.
