About us

Two years ago, Lilly came into my life as a puppy. From that moment on, I started training her to be a service dog. During our training sessions, I quickly noticed that something was missing in standard dog leashes: they were often boring, less comfortable, and didn't last long.

Because I wanted a stylish and durable leash, I – together with my mother – started making our own leashes. It went so well and was so much fun that I thought: how great would it be if other dogs could also walk with a luxurious, beautiful, and strong leash?

Thus, the idea for Waloo was born.

And why the name Waloo? It's actually very simple: I found it a cheerful, playful name that perfectly matches the image I want to convey with our collars and leashes.
